No One

Have you ever felt just so alone in your life? Like there's no one to talk to? No one to spill your dreams to. No one to laugh when you laugh, no one to cry when you cry. When your 90 years old you want to be able to look back on your life with acceptance not regret. Be who you are through life and you will never regret a single moment! No matter what live life and be your self while you do it!

Define Life

When you go out into the real world, people aren't going to judge you for what your wearing, or what your hair looks like that day. People aren't going to judge you by who your friends are, how you laugh or if you wear glasses or not. People are going to judge you by your personality. So go out in life headfirst and let people see who you really are. Don't let what other people say about you define who you are. Let you define who you are and what you think. Define life. When you go out into life be who you are. Not what other people want you to be.

Do You Believe?

Do you believe in God? I'm not sure if I do. Everybody says that you need to go to church if you believe in God. But I don't believe that's true. I feel like I believe in God, but maybe it's just that's feeling in needing something to believe in. Maybe that's what's in all of us. Maybe it's not God we believe in but the thought that there is something to believe in. That we all just need that hope that there is something bigger than us out there. Something or someone to thank when good things happen and blame when bad things happen. Maybe that's why people say there is a God. Because people need someone to blame. Because people need something to hold on to when nothing is left. Because that's all we have left. Hope. When all is lost what is left? Hope that things will get better. Hope that things can be different. Hope that there is someone to make it better. Hope to know that there is someone to trust. 

When I think of God I don't think of someone in a white robe looking down at us through a bed of clouds. I think of someone that is just like us. Someone that we can think of as our equal not our ruler. Someone you can confide in and trust that they won't tell anyone. Someone to lean on when you are tired or sad. Someone to tell all your happiness to. Someone to believe in and know that they believe in you too.

What I Wish To Become

As most of you know, I want to become a Marine Biologist. Well, even though this is true this is only what I want to do as a job. Want I really want to become is someone people can look up to and admire. I want to become somebody whose adventurous, someone who will try new things, whose not afraid. Right now I'm ready for what will become of me. I'm ready for the bumps and curves along the way. I'm ready for life to make me along. Most of you may say I'm to young to realize what I want. But, you are wrong. For as long as I can remember I've wanted to grow up and become somebody, not just the girl with the numerous surgeries or the girl who got Salutatorian in her school. I want to become known as the girl who discovered something that nobody ever has before. It's my dedication and willingness to go for it that will make me achieve the things I wish to be. My dad always tells me "Follow your passion, no matter what." I practically live by this. I always listen to my heart even if it's telling me something I don't want to hear. This is what's guided me through my toughest times.  Something I made up myself has gotten me through a lot of things too. "Go for the impossible...and never look back." I always try to go for seems to be the hardest while the people around me are trying to go for whats easiest. I love achieving things that nobody thought could be done. It makes me realize that I can do things that I never thought possible. It makes me realize how much life means to me. Not to just live and let life pass you by. 
 

JUNE!!!!!

   It's finally June! I am so ready for summer! Even though I don't get to go on vacation! I really want to go to the beach but of course my summer is already booked! Anyway, my summer is already off to a good start. I am now starting volleyball and my birthday is coming up in a view weeks so I pretty stoked about that. The only bad thing about this summer is that I have to start high school in the fall which really stinks, but you know, you got to do what you got to do. However, I think I might like it because I actually get to pick what classes I want to do and I have never gotten to do that before. Also, I don't know anybody that is going to my high school except a few people that I went to grade school with. But I'm just going to have to suck it up and go. 
   I'm hoping that these next four years of my life go by really quick because I really excited about college. Now I know it's a little soon to be thinking about college but I'm just really excited about what I'm going to be and where I'm going to go. I'm planning on going to USC (University of Southern California) because I want to get a career in marine life or oceanography. This is one of my biggest dreams. My other dream is to travel the world. I want to see every possible place, but not just see it, experience it. At least, I hope i get to. Anyway that's all I have for June. 
   

MAY!!!!!

It is now May!! I have been waiting for this month to arrive since the end of last May! But I think this May and summer are going to be so much better than lasts. Why? Because I graduate from 8th grade!!! Exciting I know! Guess what I'm getting! A Mac computer!!! And I get to redo my room completely! And I'm getting a charm bracelet! And I'm getting $100 smackaroos! Boo yah! That's right Be jealous! Burn. Anyway, my sister is having a baby in July!!!! I'm sooo excited for this new edition to our already huge family! It's a boy and it's name is going to be Caleb Aaron Stearns. How cute is that? I love it! Anyway I'm getting bored with this, so bye!

What I Think

   I think to many people are, let's just say "uneducated". Now I don't mean this like I'm saying your stupid. However, some people do need more understanding over some subjects that they seem to have lost over their years. For example, what's with the whole royal wedding thing? I mean, yeah I kind of get it because we're not accustomed to these kind of things, so of course it's going to be a little interesting. But I mean come on! Some people I know and others I don't, but have heard of, just can't seem to understand why most of the country isn't interested in this! What do you think the American Revolution was about? Fighting for our independence from Great Britain! And who do you think the person we hated most was? King George! Why are some of you people out there so interested in this, I ask? Why?

  
   Another issue I would like to address is the one over President Obama. Today I was wearing an Obama shirt. I figured that, you know, some people at my school would not like it, I knew that. But what I got today from people was unbelievable! One person said to me "Why are you wearing a shirt with Obama on it? That's a disgrace to him." !!!!!!! This is what I was thinking! I couldn't believe somebody would say something like about Obama in front of me especially, who's a democrat! I mean I wouldn't mind as much if it was behind my back and I never heard it. But to say it to my face! I was so mad! 

   Anyway, this is all I have to say for today. I'm glad I got this off my mind!  

What I Want To Do

      As many of you may know from my other blogs that I have always wanted to travel the world. Well this is still apart of my neverending list of dreams. I want to go to Europe but mostly the western part of it, like England, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Poland, France and Portugal, just to name a few. However, what I'm really wanting to do is study abroad in England, preferably London. I also want to go on a mission trip. I'm not sure where right now. I just know that I really want to go on one. I'm thinking Haiti, but that's where everyone goes. I really want to go to Africa, but it's hard to find a mission group that will travel that far. 
       Another dream of mine is to become a Marine Biologist. I have wanted to become this for quite some time now, as some of you may know. But I think this is what I'm going to stick with. I don't have the slightest interest in any other types of careers. Today we had career day at my high school and let me tell you. It was sooo boring!!! Nothing there interested me. And the worst part about living where I do. There is no access to any type of work in the marine department! it makes me so mad! Anyway these are just a few of the many things I want to accomplish in my life right now. 
 

Updated Dreams

You know how people or your parents are aways telling you that you'll change you mind a million times before you finally decide what your going to do with you life? Well that's what my family is always telling me right now. I guess it's becuase I keep telling them new things that I'm going to do. But that's just the thing. I'm teling them new things not changing my old ones. Just adding on to my never-ending list of dreams. I've started this list: 100 or more things to do before I die. I'm alaways adding stuff to it. I'm really close to 50. Anyway my dreams are never-ending. My latest dreams are to travel the world(which you probably already knew from my other blogs), study abroad in England, take a mission trip to a 3rd world country like Haiti, scuba dive in the Great Barrier Reef, become a marine biologist, become an oceanographer, go to the moon(now i know this sounds a little crazy considering my career choice but I have always wanted to this). This is just some of the things I want to do. Now I know these will change but for now this is what I'm sticking with and these are what my dreams are.

I Don't Even Know

Okay, so yesterday I was watching the Twilight Zone with my dad and there was this one that really made me think. The time was set in the future. It was about how the government was going to burn all the books in the world. They thought books had a bad influence on peoples mind. They also didn't believe in anything religious, not a god, not a Bible, nothing. So think about this. The government wanted to be there own god. They wanted to be in contol of everything. What are they going to do to get rid of the bad influences that books are having on people? They decide that they are going to kill the librarian. Now the librarian can decide how he is going to die. Soon the day of his exicution, he decides that he is going to put a bomb in his apartment and blow himself up. Now the chancellor comes to visit him right before he dies. Except the librarian locks the chancellor in with him in his apartment. The chancellor tries to scream for help but no one is there to save him. The librarian has set up cameras in his apartment so everybody can watch him die. I know strange but just keep following me. So anyway, the chancellor his stuck in the apartment with him. Now the librarian starts reading from his most prized possesion. The Bible. Now remember that these people don't believe in the Bible or God. So the chancellor has no choice but to sit down and listen to him. At about 20 seconds till the bomb is supposed to go off the chancellor cries out " In the name of God, please let me out!" And so the librarian does.

What can you decipher from this show? What message can you get?

That if you put somebody yourself in somebody else's shoe's you'll find out just how unbelievably wrong it is what you're doing to them. There is more to decipher from this but I forgot it. So I'm just going to let you try and decide. Good Luck!
